At Lingua Planta, we are dedicated to creating high-quality, natural perfumes that bring joy and inspiration. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on full-sized perfumes (10ml and 50ml) and non-perfume products purchased directly from our website.

Why discovery kits are non-refundable
Discovery kits are designed to give you the opportunity to test multiple scents at a minimal cost. They help you find the perfect fragrance without the need for a larger financial commitment. Once opened, the samples cannot be resold or reused. By offering non-refundable discovery kits, we encourage customers to make thoughtful and informed decisions when selecting their full-sized perfume, reducing the likelihood of returns.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund of full-sized perfumes:

Product condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging, and bottles must be at least 90% full. We cannot accept returns of bottles that are less than 90% full.

Exclusions: Samples and discovery kits are not eligible for refunds.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Processing Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
