I often feel like Lingua Planta’s scents are made with so much heart, as if each perfume is a small meditation. Find a quiet and comfortable spot to sit down and spray Understory on some of your pulse points. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, focusing on the scent of Understory. As you exhale, imagine yourself sinking deeper into the ground, just like the mycelium beneath you.

Visualize the mycelium spreading out, connecting with other plants and organisms in a vast network. Take another deep breath in and imagine the scent of the mycelium filling your lungs, nourishing you like the nutrients it provides to the soil. As you exhale, imagine sending your gratitude to the mycelium for its important role in the ecosystem.
