Refunds

At Lingua Planta we are committed to providing high-quality, natural perfumes that bring joy to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you have a pleasant experience with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility​

We offer refunds on all full-sized perfumes purchased directly from our website, except for samples or discovery kits.

Discovery kits are designed to give you the opportunity to test multiple scents at a minimal cost. They help you find the perfect fragrance without the need for a larger financial commitment. Once opened, the samples cannot be resold or reused. By offering non-refundable discovery kits, we encourage customers to make thoughtful and informed decisions when selecting their full-sized perfume, reducing the likelihood of returns.

To be eligible for a refund on a  10ml, 50ml, 250ml bottle or non-perfume product, the following conditions must be met:

​- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the bottle must be at least 90% full. We can not accept returns of bottles that are less than 90% full.

​

- Non-Sample Products: Samples are not eligible for refunds. Discovery kits and samples are an essential part of our customer experience, allowing you to explore our range of fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle. Here's why discovery kits are non-refundable.
